
Ildikó Mihók
With a master’s degree in sports management as her foundation, Ildikó Mihók has gained extensive experience in the world of sports. Over the past 10 years, she served as marketing and communications leader for multinational corporations and the Hungarian Olympic Committee. There she oversaw the development of their marketing, communication and sponsorship strategy, and facilitated the largest Hungarian sports communication campaign in history for the 2012 Olympic Games in London.
In 2020, she established Womentor, a nonprofit organization aimed at improving the communication and leadership skills of female athletes, coaches, and professionals in the Hungarian sport system. In this capacity, Ildikó partnered with EY Hungary, University of Physical Education, and the Equalizer Foundation to author a national study on the role of sport in women’s careers in Hungary.
